By creating an account or using MOBBER (the "App") operated by MOBBER LLC ("MOBBER," "we," or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MOBBER is a social platform that allows users to create and trade Solana SPL tokens ("Meme Coins" or "Meme Tokens"), post content, livestream, and participate in Audio Hives (audio rooms). All tokens are created on the Solana blockchain using open-source bonding-curve and liquidity programs.
All tokens created through the MOBBER app are launched without presales, team allocations, or pre-mined tokens reserved for insiders or creators.
Token launches and trading occur on the public Solana blockchain, which is permissionless and decentralized. Third-party tools, automated bots, or network-level mechanisms (such as transaction bundling, priority fees, or other on-chain optimizations) may enable certain users to execute transactions ahead of others. MOBBER has no control over these external technologies, the Solana network, or the actions of third parties.
Due to these inherent characteristics of public blockchains, no launch can guarantee equal outcomes or perfect fairness for all participants. Rapid buying or selling activity immediately following a launch may occur through means outside MOBBER's control.
Trading and launching tokens involves significant risk, including the potential for substantial or total loss of funds. You are solely responsible for understanding these risks and conducting your own research.
Meme Coins created or traded on MOBBER have no intrinsic value and are not securities, commodities, or any regulated financial instrument. They are purely speculative digital assets created for entertainment purposes only.
Your wallet is powered by Privy.io and is non-custodial. You alone control your private keys and are solely responsible for their security. MOBBER never has custody of your funds or tokens.
You are solely responsible for all Solana network transaction fees (gas) required to create tokens, trade, or perform any on-chain action.
When you trade any token through the MOBBER app, MOBBER charges a platform fee of:
This 0.5% is MOBBER's platform fee for providing the interface and services. Tokens traded on external DEXs may incur additional fees charged by those DEXs, the token creator (e.g., dev buy/sell taxes, transfer fees), or the Solana network. MOBBER has no control over third-party fees.
Token Graduation to Raydium: When a token reaches its bonding curve threshold (e.g., 85 SOL raised), liquidity (accumulated SOL + tokens) automatically migrates to a Raydium CPMM pool for open trading. During this migration, certain on-chain costs (such as Raydium protocol fees, account creation, and network gas) are deducted from the accumulated SOL. Additionally, a small buffer (approximately 0.01 SOL) may be retained by MOBBER to cover operational expenses, ensure uninterrupted services, and support future token migrations or platform improvements.
You are solely responsible for researching and understanding all fees (both MOBBER's platform fees and any third-party or on-chain costs) before trading. Trading meme coins and SPL tokens is extremely risky, and you may lose your entire investment.
All MOBBER platform fees are automatically deducted on-chain and are non-refundable.
You must be at least 18 years old to use MOBBER.

We reserve the right to restrict or prohibit access to the MOBBER app and services from any Prohibited Jurisdiction or to any person we determine, in our sole discretion, may violate applicable laws or these Terms. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
We may update the list of Prohibited Jurisdictions at any time without prior notice to comply with changes in applicable laws or sanctions programs.
You retain ownership of content you post (e.g., posts, token images, livestreams, Audio Hives), but grant MOBBER a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and moderate it within the Service. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.
We use anonymized AI/machine learning to flag and evaluate content for safety and policy enforcement.
You agree not to post, create, or engage in:
Violating these may result in content removal. Exploiting the Service, App, or functionality is grounds for legal action.
We reserve the right to enforce these Terms at our discretion. Generally, we follow a "3-strikes" policy for minor violations (warnings, temporary restrictions, then ban). Egregious acts (e.g., child exploitation, doxxing, illegal activity) warrant immediate permanent ban without notice. Banned users may not create new accounts.
We cannot guarantee 100% uptime due to third-party services (e.g., Solana, Privy.io) or web interruptions. The Service is provided "as is."
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITH NO WARRANTIES. TRADING MEME COINS INVOLVES EXTREME FINANCIAL RISK AND YOU MAY LOSE YOUR ENTIRE INVESTMENT. CRYPTOCURRENCY PRICES ARE VOLATILE. WE DO NOT ENDORSE OR PROVIDE FINANCIAL ADVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOBBER LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR CRYPTO ASSETS.
You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your use of the Service in the country or region where you reside or access the Service from. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate, lawful, or available for use in all locations.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them or the Service will be governed by the laws of the country or region in which you reside, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
