MOBBER Privacy Policy

MOBBER LLC ("we," "us," or "MOBBER") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy governs your use of the MOBBER mobile application (the "App") and https://mobber.io (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

To provide core functionality, we collect and store the following personal information:

• Email Address: Collected during OAuth or email login for account creation, identity verification, authentication, and security purposes (e.g., fraud prevention). This is the only personal data we store in our database. We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies.

We do not collect, store, or process any other personal information from you, such as names, phone numbers, or precise location data.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• Your Solana wallet is created and managed through Privy.io, a non-custodial embedded wallet provider. We never have access to your private keys or seed phrases. You fully control and can export your wallet at any time.
• All on-chain activity (token launches, trades) occurs directly on the Solana blockchain or decentralized protocols. We do not store transaction data on our servers beyond what is publicly visible on-chain.
• We do not use third-party analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or tracking pixels that collect personal data.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Email is used solely to verify your identity, secure your account, and communicate about service issues or legal notices.
• We use aggregated, anonymized data (without personal information like emails or usernames) to train machine learning or artificial intelligence models for evaluating content safety, flagging malicious or spam content, and enforcing our policies. This helps improve the Service without compromising privacy.
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Information Automatically Collected

When you use the App, certain non-personal information may be transmitted for basic functionality and security:

• Device information (model, iOS version, unique device identifier) – used only for crash reporting and fraud prevention
• IP address and approximate location – used for rate-limiting and compliance with financial regulations
• On-chain public addresses and transaction hashes – publicly available on Solana

This data is anonymized where possible and retained only as long as necessary for operational or legal purposes.

5. User-Generated Content

Posts, token metadata and images, livestreams, Audio Hives (audio rooms), and other content you post are stored on our servers and databases for the duration of your account or until such content is removed. This includes the date, application, and version of the App used to post. Profile information (e.g., display name, username) and public posts are available for viewing by the general public and may appear in search results or be reshared. Even after removal, copies may persist with third parties or search engines.

On-chain elements (e.g., token launches, trades) are recorded on the public Solana blockchain and are visible to anyone. This data is permanent and cannot be deleted.

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with:

• Privy.io (non-custodial wallet) – see their Privacy Policy: https://privy.io/privacy
• Solana blockchain nodes (public RPCs)
• Optional livestreaming and audio providers (if used for Audio Hives)

We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. Service outages from third-party providers or general web interruptions may affect availability, but we cannot guarantee uptime.

7. Sharing Your Information

We share email only with service providers (e.g., for secure hosting) under strict contracts ensuring equivalent protection. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect rights/safety.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. We strictly prohibit and report any content involving child sexual exploitation or abuse.

9. Data Subject Rights (CCPA / GDPR)

You have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your email. Contact support@mobber.io to exercise these. We respond within 45 days. Retention: Emails are kept while your account is active; deleted upon request (except for legal holds).

10. Security

We implement industry-standard measures (e.g., encryption, access controls) to protect stored data.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email.
